This past weekend, Matt was away at a Men's Retreat at our church and based on how much time I need to be off my feet, I called in a favor from my brother to come spend the weekend with us to help me out.
While he was here on Saturday, we decided to do some puzzles. When I first bought this box of 8 different Disney puzzles, I was thinking they were larger, like floor puzzles, so that Cate could do them, too! However, they were smaller puzzles with lots of pieces. But the kids were still excited to work together to do them. Cate was able to do a little, but lost interest quickly. Max, on the other hand, has found a new hobby. It doesn't surprise me how well he does at these harder ones as he has always been good at focused tasks like these!
It was fun and has made me want to go out and get more puzzles to challenge him with!

you KNOW I love me some puzzles! Check out the springbok family puzzles. they are usually 400 pieces but they have super sized pieces for the little ones and little pieces for the big ones all in one puzzle!
My kids love puzzles too. The ones with the big pieces. The little pieces are too hard. But one day I know it will be a family activity we will all enjoy. :)
