Here is what you need:
- Either use a popsicle set or an ice tray with tongue depressors
- V8 V-Fusion
The juice tastes fruity but also has vegetables in it!
Max was recently asking if we could make popsicles. I kept putting it off since I didn't have a popsicle set or tongue depressors. But, while he was in NJ with Matt, I went to Target for some things and noticed their popsicle sets for 99 cents. So, today I prepared them and put them in the freezer so they are ready when he got home.
They LOVED them!
And shhhh...they got a serving of vegetables, too!

What a great idea. I'm going to try this and hopefully trick them into a serving of veggies. Thanks!
Super! We'll be having "vegetable popsicles" this weekend :)
Yum! I can't wait to try these!
So fun! I LOVED making popsicles when I was younger. Might need to do that again soon.
I actually have a little popsicle maker tray thing that I've been wanting to use. What a great idea!
Smoothie pops are another great/healthy treat. Just mix up some smoothies and freeze them in your popsicle trays. Yummy!
I've done this! My youngest loves them but my picky 7 yr old doesn't like the way they taste:(
