Today, as I headed to the mailbox, I found a huge bulging envelope with my name on it!
It was from Julie @ Inmates to Playdates.
A couple of weeks ago, I sent her a little package of Dr. Pepper stuff, her favorite beverage (as well as mine). Her hubby has been deployed and she has been understandably down! So, I decided to surprise her with a little pick-me-up to bring a smile on her face.
From what I hear, mission accomplished! However, I never expected her to send me something in return. That was not my intention. Her happiness and smile were thanks enough!
So, thanks, Julie for the smile on my face today!
I'm sorry I don't have a picture of it, as my camera is being cleaned before our big trip next week to Walt Disney World, but here is what was in it.

What a great way to start your weekend! You deserve the treat. Have a good weekend. Can't believe Disney is next week!
That is so sweet! It is hard, sometimes to accept something in return when you have done something for someone...I get that totally~ it is part of being a selfless person (doing something without ever expecting anything in return) but isn't it wonderful to have someone brighten your day too!
Glad you enjoyed it. I wanted to do SOMETHING to show you how much I appreciate your kindness. I'm glad we're friends. =)
