With everything in our household being so crazy busy (b-days, holiday parties, doctor appts, and then Christmas itself), I have pre-posted some of my thoughts. So, in holiday style, I thought I would send out some "Holiday Hugs" to some of my newfound bloggy friends who have been so supportive in their comments and bloggy love. So, go over and visit them sometime. I am sure they won't disappoint with their humor, wit, or great inspirational stories.
Darcie at Such the Spot is my "blog mentor". She has been so supportive in answering my initial questions regarding starting a blog. Her "door" has been open to me ever since and I am truly thankful. She is a Disney Mom which is how I first came to know about her. She and Heather (see below) are current panelists on the Disney Moms Panel. She has a beautiful family and a child with special needs. Her stories are from the heart with a bit of humor and wit! I hope to meet her someday and give her a real HUG!
Heather at A Day in the Life is also a Disney Mom who inspired me through her blog. She is genuine and caring. She is the mother of three adorable girls and her stories are genuine and thoughtful! She was also my very first "official" follower throught Blogger! She also has a custom embriodery business called Bella Buggy Boutique. I am sure she would appreciate the business. I plan to order several things I have been eyeing on her site for Cate come the new year! Her stuff is simply adorable...she has tons of talent!
Terra at Emerson Family has been a great bloggy friend from the start. She saw my design on my designer's website and came on over for a visit and has been loyally commenting since. She has two beautiful girls. Her oldest just performed in their local production of the Nutcracker and from the pictures and stories she is a graceful beauty. Her youngest with that head of blond curls is soooo, sooo cute!
Jo-Lynne at Musings of a Housewife is also the aforementioned designer of my blog! Her design blog is DCR Design and she offers great rates and wonderful service. She is quick to respond and even if you have to wait a bit in her queue, she keeps you updated! She also gives great reviews of products and has fantastic giveaways. She also had a great holiday gift guide, which I have had linked in my sidebar to the right!
Angie at SevEn cLoWn CirCuS hosts an awesome Wednesday bloggy carnival called WordFUL Wednesday. I have participated ever since I first saw it. If you want to see some great photos and funny/enlightening/inspirational stories behind the pictures, head over to her blog on Wednesdays. You won't be disappointed.
Leslee at Phillips 101 has a great jewelry business called KiKi and LeLe. There are fantastic handcrafted pieces there. In fact, a few of them are on my wish list this year! I have never been too much of a jewelry person, but their pieces are small and dainty but are personal, too! She also offered to make me a scarf after I commented on the one she made and posted on her blog! I can't wait to see it and share the pics with all of you! So generous of her!
Jen at Our Daily Big Top is another very loyal reader of my blog! She is often one of the first ones to comment each day and I thank her for her kind words! She is the mother of 3 little monkeys! She always has great tips, amazing pictures and funny stories about her kids.
Renee at Cutie Booty Cakes has one of the cutest little boys I have seen! His adorable cheeks just get me every time! She has great suggestions for books and does excellent reviews, too. She is a fellow Disney fan and also has a fun business of the same name as her blog. She makes "cakes" out of diapers for a fun alternative baby gift (what new mom doesn't need diapers?)
Big Holiday Hugs to all of you and thanks for you loyalty and support!
This by no means diminishes my bloggy love for all my other followers and friends, but I just wanted to pay it forward to these few who have been with me since the start, even if just a little bit!

What a nice post!
Darcie is one of my favorite people. She is truly as fun and down to earth in real life as she is on the blog.
And Jo-lynne is my favorite designer as well! She is everything you said she is, and talented as well.
It's fun to see some of my favorite bloggers get such nice things said about them!
Happy Friday!
Awe Shucks! That was so sweet! And on the day that I stole your disney video too! But of course I had a BIG thanks to you with a link back here! You know I stop by each morning between 4:30 and 5:00 with my diet pepsi just to say HI and read what you have to say! I only have about a dozen blogs that are on my must see list and you are one of them. Have a FANTASTIC weekend
Terra
This is so sweet Allison. Thank you for mentioning me - I remember when we first "met" because of our shared love of Disney! You are doing so well with your blog now, I am so happy for you. You are such a kind and generous person, I am really happy that we are bloggy friends.
Allison,
What a wonderful way to make so many days. You definitely made mine. i appreciate the "christmas hug" so much!
Sounds like you have a wonderful network of bloggy friends........I'm honored to be among them!
Thanks for the hug and including me on your list.So glad we connected through Darcie's blog. I still feel like a blog newbie and am honored to be your bloggy friend.
Thank you so much! You truly made my night.
I've been MIA lately with the illness and the travel, but on a 'normal' basis (as normal as *I* get, at least!) I love to read your blog. You are great about updating and your posts are always so thoughtful and well-written. You have started a great venture here!
Is the Christmas hugs idea up for grabs? I should send a few out myself...not necessarily to bloggers, but to people who have brightened my year. :)
